Berlin Sees 14 Property Transfers in Late July, Few Prices Disclosed
Berlin recorded 14 property transfers between July 24 and July 30, according to Worcester County Registry of Deeds data, but only three listed a sale price. Those three ranged from $125,000 to $1,160,000, with a median of $250,000. The largest disclosed sale was a $1,160,000 property sold by William T. and Anne K. Muldoon to Michelle and James Andrade on July 30. Village Lane saw the most activity, with three separate deeds recorded July 27, none disclosing a price. Clinton Savings Bank was the buyer in the two other disclosed sales, both under $260,000. With 11 of 14 transfers carrying no listed price, the data offers limited visibility into the broader local market.
