Muldoon to Michelle and James Andrade on July 30. Village Lane saw the most activity, with three separate deeds recorded July 27, none listing a price. Clinton Savings Bank was the buyer in the two other recorded sales, both under $260,000. With 11 of 14 transfers carrying no listed price, the data offers limited visibility into the broader local market.
