Eight properties change hands in Berlin as home prices climb to $475,000
Eight properties changed hands in Berlin between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, according to Worcester County Registry of Deeds records. Only two of the eight sales carried a recorded price so far: $475,000 for a Berlin property sold by Touchette E Marie to Cariveau Adam, and $385,350 for 18 Alden Dr Unit 3, sold by Opendoor Property J LLC and Opendoor Labs Inc to Zhanna and Leva Abidor. The median of the two recorded prices is $430,175. Randall Road and Alden Drive each saw two transactions. Prices for the remaining six sales had not yet reached registry data by publication time; the data shows a steady pace of deed activity without indicating whether the broader market is strengthening or softening.
