BERLIN — February 10, 2026 — Berlin Planning Board tables lot endorsement after finding eight-unit subdivision likely triggered town's inclusionary zoning bylaw. Chair Thomas Sanford halted action on an Approval Not Required lot-line reconfiguration for applicant Mark Rhodes on Randall Road after determining that two sequential ANR submissions — creating a total of eight lots — appeared to violate the bylaw's anti-segmentation provision, which kicks in at six or more dwelling units.
