Berlin sees 12 property transfers in late summer, but pricing data lags for most
Berlin recorded 12 property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but sale prices have posted for only two so far: $385,350 for a unit at 18 Alden Dr and $576,000 for a property whose address was not listed in the deed record, sold to Winter Hill Bank FSB. That gives a price range of $385,350 to $576,000 and a median of $480,675 across the two priced sales. The other 10 transactions, including paired same-day deeds on Alden Drive and Randall Road, have not yet posted a price, a normal reporting lag rather than a sign either party withheld the figure. With most prices still pending, the period's overall market tone cannot yet be fully read from the available data.
