Nine Berlin deeds recorded in September, but only one price has landed so far
Berlin recorded nine property transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only one had a sale price available as of this report. The Sept. 10 sale of 9 Campbell Rd Unit 46, a condominium, closed at $677,500, sold by John S. and Kristin A. Balian, as trustees, to Daniel Jacavanco Jr. and Garnett Jacavanco. Prices for the other eight recorded deeds, including transfers on Lancaster, Summer, Gates Pond, Lincoln, River, West and South streets, had not yet appeared in registry data. Three transfers listed banks or mortgage-servicing entities as sellers. With most prices still pending, the data does not yet support a read on overall market tone this month.
