That sale, recorded July 16, closed at $807,500 with Lowell Five Cent Savings Bank as buyer -- a figure that also stands as the period's price range and median by default. Dudley Road saw the most activity, with four recorded deeds, including a trust transfer at 143 Dudley Road. Wilson Road had two. Several deeds involved banks or mortgage-servicing entities, including Clinton Savings Bank and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. With price data largely undisclosed, the count of 12 filings is the clearest signal of market activity this period.
