Ten Deeds Recorded in Berlin, but Most Sale Prices Kept Private
Ten property deeds were recorded in Berlin from July 17 to Aug. 15. Only two had a sale price recorded: $117,250 for 27 Auburn Ridge Road and $599,000 for a Berlin property without a listed street address, producing a median of $358,125 across the recorded sales. The remaining eight transactions, including deeds on Village Lane, Marlboro Road, West Street, Lyman Road, Derby Road and Autumn Ridge Road, did not include pricing information. Two of the recorded-price sales listed Drew Mortgage Associates Inc. and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. as buyers. With most prices not yet recorded, the data offers limited visibility into the period's overall market values.
